国产芳纶纤维增强环氧复合材料的压缩性能

摘    要:采用不同弹性模量的环氧树脂基体与国产芳纶Ⅲ纤维制备了复合材料,研究了复合材料压缩性能及其影响因素,分析了环氧树脂模量、芳纶纤维束张力、压缩测试方法等因素对复合材料压缩强度测试结果的影响规律。研究表明,环氧模量、纤维束张力的提高有利于压缩强度的提高,正交铺层的压缩测试方法有利于表征复合材料压缩本征性能。同时,探讨了芳纶纤维压缩失效的机理,提出了提高芳纶纤维复合材料压缩性能可能的途径。

Abstract:The compression performance of composite reinforced by domestic aramid(Fanglun Ⅲ) fiber based by epoxy matric with different elastic modulus was studied.The effects of modulus of matrix,tension of tow,test methods of compression on compression performance of composite were investigated.The results show the compression strength of composites could be improved with the increasing of modulus of epoxy matrix and tow tension.The samples of orthogonal ply show the higher intrinsic compression strength of aramid composite than unidirectional ply.The failure mechanism on compression was discussed and the methods of increasing compression performance of aramid composite were recommended.
