转子-齿轮耦合系统动力特性研究

摘    要: 对简单转子-齿轮耦合系统的运动过程及主要动力特性进行了分析与讨论。用该系统的齿轮动载系数,有效地描述了系统振动对齿轮啮合过程的影响程度;通过实例数据求得大齿轮轴的横向振动固有频率,分析了在大齿轮轴具有质量偏心距及无质量偏心距的情况下其系统动力特性的变化。

Abstract:With mating process of gears and crossed vibration of shaft as well as the interaction between them the primary dynamic properties of a simple rotor-gear interactive system are analysed and discussed in relative detail. Some basic rules of the system on dynamic properties are discovered. The results of study show that both the two factors mentioned above and the interaction between them are of an important rule and not to be neglected for correctly analysing or learning the dynamic properties of a rotor-gear interactive system.
