摘    要:
建立了直升机起落架双腔式缓冲支柱的数学模型,利用静力试验数据对模型参数进行了识别,并由静力试验、激振试验结果对数学模型进行了验证。所建的数学模型能正确反映双腔式缓冲支柱的静载荷随位移的变化规律,动刚度特性与试验数据吻合良好。双腔式缓冲支柱的动刚度随静位移呈现严重的非线性特性,振动频率对缓冲支柱的动刚度影响较小,而高、低压腔的充气压力对动刚度会产生严重影响。

Abstract:
Mathematical model of a bi-chambered shock-absorber was presented and model parameters were identified based on static test data. Then the static load and dynamic stiffness with shock-absorber static displacement were resolved from above mathematical model. Results demonstrate that the predicted static displacement and dynamic stiffness were correlated well with test data. Nonlinear stiffness performance was shown significantly as static displacement varied. Vibratory frequency had little influence on shock-absorber stiffness, while filled gas press of high and low chambers had a large impact on stiffness.
