基于LabVIEW的航天器磁试验测控系统设计及应用

摘    要:针对现有航天器磁试验测控手段自动化程度低、操作复杂的问题,基于LabVIEW软件以及磁试验流程和现有设备,研制了新的磁试验测控系统,并进行了测控系统的软件设计。该系统实现了对测控电源、磁强计探头的灵活自动配置和控制,对线圈磁场的一键式远程控制,磁场波动的实时监测,磁场数据的并行采集和处理。试验验证结果表明,该测控系统具有测量与控制精度高、运行稳定可靠、自动化程度高、操作简便等特点。

Abstract:To enhance the level of automation and simplify the complicated operations of measurement and control in the spacecraft magnetic test, a new measurement and control system based on LabVIEW software is developed, with consideration of the magnetic test''s process and the available facility. In this system, the power supply and the magnetometer probes can be configured and controlled automatically, the telecontrol of the coil magnetic field can be achieved by one click, and the real-time monitoring of the magnetic field''s fluctuations as well as the sampling & acquisition of the magnetic data are realized. The results of test show that this system has a satisfactory precision, a reliable stability and a high degree of automation. In addition, it is easy to use this sytem.
