| 摘 要： | 邓小平在与以美国为首的西方国家的斗争中对人权作了深入的思考,逐步形成了自己的人权思想。邓小平是从经济发展基础、稳定的政治环境、集体和主权的至高无上等角度来思考人权的。这对于当前的人权建设有重大的理论和现实意义。
