摘 要: | 通过分析合金的材料特点、材料对塑性成形工艺条件的要求,研究了Ti750合金的热压、热旋压、超塑、焊接工艺性能。结果表明:该合金的热旋压成形工艺性较差;热压与超塑成形工艺性较好;合金具有较好的焊接性能。

Abstract: | Ti-750 is a new high-temperature titanium alloy.The processing properties of hot pressing,hot spinning,super-plastic forming and welding are researched by analyzing the material characters and technology requirements of Ti-750 alloy plastic forming.It is shown that the hot spinning of Ti-750 alloy has worse processing property,and the hot pressing and super-plastic forming has well processing property.The welding performance of alloy is well. |
