基于动网格的涡轮流场仿真方法及特性分析

摘    要:为提高涡轮流场仿真计算的收敛性和结果的精度,基于动网格的流场仿真技术,探讨了涡轮瞬态流场仿真的 2步方法——先稳态后瞬态计算。计算结果表明:在转子—静子间滑动界面上出现了计算方程守恒引起的流场参数阶跃,流场参数变化趋势与一维等熵流动理论分析结果一致。

Abstract:In order to improve the convergence and accuracy of turbine flow field simulation, based on the flow field simula.tion technology of the moving grid, a two-step method with first steady-state and then transient calculation of turbine tran.sient flow field simulation is discussed. The calculation results show that there is a step of flow field parameters caused bythe conservation of calculation equations on the sliding interface between rotor and stator, and the variation trend of flowfield parameters is consistent with the analysis results of one-dimensional isentropic flow theory.
