Abstract:Dual mode scramjet are considered as engines suitable for hypersonic vehicles by the comparison and analysis of performances of kinds of engines. The results of experimental research and numerical simulation at home and abroad reveal how to realize the mode transition. On the basis of relying on domestic existing condition and drawing lessons from overseas results, dual mode scramjets will be developed and tested at home in the future.
