摘    要:通过分析损伤前后三维编织复合材料细观结构的变化,建立了剩余纱线长度的计算公式.对损伤前后三维编织复合材料试件进行了三点弯曲实验,分析了材料弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量的变化规律和失效形式.主要讨论了2种编织角和4种损伤方案,包括沿宽度方向单边切割、沿宽度方向双边切割、沿厚度方向单边切割、沿宽度和厚度方向同时切割.实验结果表明,损伤前后的弯曲性能均随编织角的增大而减小;沿宽度方向切割对弯曲性能影响不明显,沿厚度方向切割对弯曲强度和模量影响较大,沿厚度和宽度同时切割的试件力学性能下降最大,接近60%.切割面受拉试件比切割面受压试件的弯曲性能降幅稍有增大.
