摘    要:为研究膜盒作为压力比敏感元件对航空发动机控制系统整体性能的影响,对1种航空发动机的气动式防喘放气活门结构和工作原理进行了分析,提出了膜盒式压力比敏感元件的概念。以力平衡方程为基础建立了敏感元件膜盒的简化物理模型,给出了不同压力比膜盒的结构参数设计方法。结果表明:膜盒有效面积比参数与压比参数呈反比关系,改变膜盒的有效面积比即可调整工作压比。根据该方法设计的不同压比膜盒已在多型发动机防喘放气活门中应用。

Design of Capsule Pressure-Ratio Sensitive Element Based on Effect of Effective Area

Abstract:In order to research the influence of capsule pressure-ratio sensitive element on performance of aeroengine control system, the structure and working principle of an aeroengine pneumatic anti-surge bleed valve were analyzed and the concept of capsule pressureratio sensitive element was performed. The simplified physical model of the sensitive element capsule was established based on the equilibrium equation, as well as the method of parameter design of different pressure-ratio capsule. The results show that the pressure-ratio parameter is inversely proportional to the effective area parameter. The pressure-ratio will change with the effective area changing. The different pressure-ratio diaphragm has been used in multi type engines anti-surge bleed valves according to the design method.
