| 摘 要： | 随着现代民用航空的发展，问题日益严峻，对民用航空器侵权进行类型化研究是正确确定其责任的基础，目前对民用航空器的侵权有三种赔偿方式，各有利弊，我国民用航空器侵权的限额赔偿应与国际接轨，即保护我国公民的合法权益，又不损害民用航空业的发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern civil aviation,infringing problems becoming increasingly serious,research on the classification of civil aircraft proved basis for confirming its responsibility.Pros and cons of three compensation forms implied that China's civil aircraft quota compensation should be geared to international standards,that conserving China's civilian's legal benefits and without affecting development of civil aviation. |
