浅谈高职院校图书馆工具书库的建设

高职院校图书馆的纸本工具书具有重要的应用价值,并拥有广泛、稳定的读者群,其地位和作用是网络信息所无法取代的。重视和加强图书馆工具书库的建设与管理,是高职院校建设与发展的重要环节。因此,工具书库应主动适应高职院校的专业发展的要求,不断加强设施建设和资源补充,及时加工、整理工具书的再版文献,努力向读者提供有效的服务措施;要充分利用学校的报刊、校园网、宣传橱窗和读书座谈会来加强图书宣传,引导和帮助读者加深对工具书的认识,只有这样才能充分发挥出工具书库应有的作用,最大限度地向读者提供优质服务,满足不同读者的需要。

A Brief Exploration on Construction of Reference-Book Stacks in Vocational College Libraries

Paper-printed reference books in higher vocational colleges proved crucial applicable value and of extensive and steady reader group,which could not be substituted by network information.Giving priority and consolidating management on reference book stacks turned out to be the critical segment in the construction and development,therefore,reference book stack should actively adapt to the development of specialty and constantly consolidate infrastructure and resource supplementation,processing and trimming republished files and documents to provide readers with effective and efficient service.With strengthening emphasis on journals and newspapers,campus network,propagandizing shop-window and readers' seminar to guide and assist readers' awareness on reference books to efficiently unleash functions and provide excellent service,satisfying readers' requirement of various levels.
