| Abstract: | Typhoon not only affects the flight on-time rate and economic benefit of airliners,but also generates potential safety problems.The article discusses the potential danger of flight affected by typhoon through practical example analysis from the angle of dispatching and operation control,factors considered in decision-makings of dispatching and operation,and suggests the corresponding solutions. |
