摘    要: 采用 SIMPLEC算法结合 k-ε湍流模型对各种转速下矩形截面直通道内的流场进行了数值模拟。与文献中的试验值和计算值进行比较后 ,表明本文算法具有良好的收敛稳定性和准确性。计算结果显示 :流动入口条件不变提高转速时 ,在低转速范围内主流速度峰值向压力面移动 ,二次流增强 ,流动具有较强的三维特性 ;在较高转速范围内主流速度峰值向吸力面移动 ,二次流减弱 ,流动由三维特性向二维特性过渡

Abstract:Coupling k ε turbulence model, SIMPLEC algorithm is adopted to simulate the flow field in a rotating duct with rectangular section at arbitrary speeds. Comparison between the present calculation results and the datum from available literature is made. Agreement with experimental data is good. It is shown that the present algorithm has good numerical stability and convergence. It is found at low rotation that the location of the mainstream velocity peak is moved to the pressure side, the intensity of the secondary flow is strengthened and the flow is observed to be three dimensional. With the increasing rotation speed and under the same entrance conditions, the opposite phenomenon appears and the flow leads to two dimensional.
