| 摘 要： | 液压压下控制系统是冷连轧机控制系统中十分重要的组成部分,它主要实现机架辊缝大小的控制,对于轧制板材的板形有着直接的影响.在轧制过程中,由于轧辊偏心(包括工作辊和支撑辊)、油膜厚度的波动、轧机的弹跳等因素.为了解决这些问题,对于液压压下控制系统中存在的偏心补偿、油膜补偿和弹跳补偿进行了深入的理论分析,研究了冷连轧机液压压下控制系统中偏心补偿、油膜补偿、弹跳补偿的数学模型、实现过程,并与国内外相关理论进行了对比,阐述了各自的优缺点.

| Abstract: | HGC system is the important component in the control system of coldroll,it can control the rolling gap size of stand,and direct effect the shape of plate.In the process of rolling,some factors affect directly the production efficiency of coldroll and the precision of plate,special is the factor due to eccentric of roller(work roller and back-up roller),fluctuate of oil film and stretch of coldroll.This paper analyses in-depth the eccentricity compensation,oil film compensation and stretch compensation,and expatiates the mathematical model,implementation procedure of three compensations and the excellence and shortcoming of respective theory at home and abroad. |
