摘    要:NF-6风洞是我国第一座增压连续式跨声速翼型风洞,轴流压缩机是影响风洞安全运行和流场性能的重要因素之一。介绍了NF-6风洞轴流压缩机的运转性能要求、在风洞回路中位置的选取;压缩机驱动轴系的扭转振动分析;双电机串联主从驱动方式的关键技术等。通过2003年10月的试运转表明,压缩机以及驱动系统的研制是成功的。

Abstract:NF-6 wind tunnel is the first pressurized continuous transonic cryogenic two dimensional wind tunnel in China. The performance of NF-6 wind tunnel depend up on axial compressor to large extent. This paper presents the selection and layout of a wind tunnel compressor for driving NF-6 wind tunnel. For the selected compressor, the torsional vibration of rotor system is analysed. 2 DC motors are connected in series mode to drive the compressor. The synchronization of two motors are ensured by quality control in manufacturing and by a speed feed-back regulation system. A trial operation in Oct, 2003 showed the feasibility of the NF-6 wind tunnel compressor system.
