卫星电视授时技术及控制方案

根据我国同步广播卫星的现状，提出在不专门占用卫星信道的情况下，保留现有的ＣＣＴＶ电视信号中的时间信号，并将卫星轨道参数及其它参数插入到ＣＣＴＶ电视信号中去的技术问题及控制方法，实现利用卫星电视进行授时工作。

Program and technology on timeservice via satellite

According to the condition of broadcasting-television via synchronous satellites in china, the technology and control methods to realize the timeservice with high precision via synchronous satellites are presented in this pa-per.In this program,the time signal in the CCTV signals is retained and the satel-lite orbital panlmeters and other parameters are inserted into the CCTV signals without using additional satellite channels.
