环形燃烧室出口径向温度分布系数预估

摘    要:分析了影响环形燃烧室出口径向温度分布系数的主要因素,建立了预估模型,发展了半经验半分析计算方法,预估值和试验结果相吻合。应用于燃烧室技术设计阶段,一方面可由壁面冷却系统设计的冷却空气量预估出口径向温度分布系数;另一方面可从满足径向温度分布系数的角度确定壁面冷却空气量。

Abstract:The main factor affecting exit Radial Temperature Distribution Factor(RTDF)from annular combustors has been analyzed,and a predicting model has been established.Comparison between predictions and experimental results shown good agreements.The model can be used in annular combustors technical design to predict RTDF based on liner cooling air flow designed for cooling system.It also can be used to determine liner cooling air flow and its distribution between combustion zone and dilution zone based on the required RTDF.
