| 摘 要： | 针对空中交通管理安全评价中的不确定性问题，将证据理论引入空管安全评价中，来解决评价过程中所遇到的不确定性问题。建立了空中交通管理安全评价证据理论模型，并且提出了具体的计算算法，实例验证了该方法的可行性、有效性和实用性。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of uncertainty in air traffic management safety assessment,the paper introduces evidence theory to the assessment. In the paper,a model-based evidence theory is established,and an algorithm is also advanced. Examples show that the method is reasonable and efficient. |
