封闭转静盘腔中紊流的数值模拟

摘    要:对一个旋转盘腔的流场进行了数值计算研究。该盘腔由一个旋转盘 ,一个静止盘及静止的外围屏组成。在盘腔的核心区采用标准 k-ε模型 ,在近壁区分别采用了两种低雷诺数紊流模型 ,即 (1 )单方程模型和(2 ) Launder-Sharma低雷诺数 k-ε模型 ,并且在第二个模型中考虑了固体旋转引起的耗散率降低的修正。计算结果表明第二个模型比单方程模型能更准确地再现实验数据

Abstract:The flow inside an enclosed rotor-stator disc cavity was studiednumerically.The disc cavity was composed of a rotating disc,a stationary disc and a stationary shroud.The standard k-ε turbulence model was employed in the core region of the cavity.Two low Reynolds number turbulence models,single equation model and Launder-Sharma Low Reynolds number k-ε model,were used in the near wall region.The modification of dissipation rate decrease caused by solid body rotation was considered in the second model.The results showed that Launder-Sharma low Reynolds k-ε model could more accurately reproduce the experimental data than the single equation model.
