航空零部件的拆换规律与可靠性规律的关系

摘    要:由于航空安全的需要,飞机排故时产生的误换件必须经过测试验证才可重新安装到飞机上使用,这样就增加了航空公司的维修成本和航材需求。通过对航空零部件拆换规律与可靠性规律的关系进行分析,可以发现它们之间的异同点并作进一步分析,找出原因。根据这些分析对航空维修和维修管理的决策提供支持,减少误换件,以达到降低维修成本、减少航材资金占用、提高公司经济效益的目的。

Abstract:Because of the civil aviation safety consideration,the parts that are wrongly removed from the airplane at trouble-shooting hours must be tested to verify their quality again before being installed back to the plane. It increases maintenance cost and demands for spare parts. Through analyzing the regular patterns between thus-removed parts and the reliability of spare parts,similarities or differences are detected and analysed further to find reasons to get rid of the under quality ones,retaining the ones of high quality. This analysis is a kind of supporting factor in the maintenance policy making process to the airlines' economic benefit.
