定向凝固方法对DZ22合金初熔温度的影响

摘    要:低熔点相Ni5Hf是影响定向凝固合金初熔温度的主要因素。本文研究了定向凝固方法对DZ22合金初熔温度的影响。试验结果发现,ZMLMC法与HRS法相比,提高了合金的初熔温度,这是由于ZMLMC法使定向柱晶组织高度细化,元素偏析程度大大减弱,抑制了Ni5Hf相的形成

Abstract:One of the chief factors influencing the incipient melting temperature of DS superalloy DZ22 was found out to be Ni 5Hf phase This paper deals with the effect of directional solidification processes on the incipient melting temperaute of DS superalloy DZ22 Experimental results show that ZMLMC increases the incipient melting temperature of superalloy DZ22 compared with HRS This is because the directional solidification structure refines highly,the dendrite segregation decreases,the formation of Ni 5Hf phase suppreses
