水泥填料对沥青混合料低温抗裂性能影响研究

摘    要:在MTS810上采用-10℃低温劈裂试验来比较在水泥替代矿粉的比例(质量比)分别为0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的情况下,SAC25沥青混合料低温抗裂性的变化情况。对试验结果采用不等重复试验的单因子方差分析检验不同水泥掺量对低温破坏劲度的影响。得出水泥掺量变化对沥青混合料SAC25低温性能无显著影响的结论。

Abstract:The change of the low temperature performance of asphalt mixtures(SAC25) was researched by the -10 ℃ splitting experiment at MTS810. The replacement dosage of mineral powder with cement is 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%. The impacts of different dosage of cement on splitting strength, failure tensile strain and stiffness in low temperature was studied based on analysis of variance. The conclusion is the dosage of cement has no distinct influence on low-temperature performance of asphalt mixtures (SAC25).
