腐蚀条件下飞机结构疲劳寿命评定技术研究

摘    要:评定飞机结构的疲劳寿命,应该在疲劳定寿的全部试验中施加载荷谱和对应的腐蚀环境,由于腐蚀环境的复杂性,工程上无法实施。为解决这一问题,本文以一般环境下疲劳定寿结论为基础,针对歼击机腐蚀环境特点及主要疲劳关键件和关键部位,建立了一整套综合考虑地面停放腐蚀和空中腐蚀疲劳影响的寿命修正方法及对应的试验与分析技术,对飞机结构疲劳寿命和外场飞机的单机寿命监控有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The load spectrum and the relevant corrosion environment should be applied together to assess the fatigue life of aircraft structures. But the corrosion environment can not be applied in engineering on account of its complexity. To solve the above problem, based on the conclusion of assessing fatigue life under normal environment , a set of modified life method and the relevant test & analysis technical about corrosion environment of aircrafts and their fatigue key parts are found in this paper. The theory, which consider of corrosion environment on the ground and air corrosion fatigue influence integration, is very valuable in engineering for assessing the fatigue life of aircraft structures and tracking fatigue life of the single aircraft which is serving in airforce.
