负载模拟器的实时控制研究

摘    要:负载模拟器可以模拟飞行器在飞行过程中作用在舵轴上的铰链力矩,是重要的半实物仿真设备之一。实时控制软件是影响负载模拟器性能指标的关键因素。简介了负载模拟器的组成及工作原理;采用W indows RTX的方法实现了实时控制软件对高精度时钟的要求;给出了负载模拟器实时控制软件的总体结构及控制流程。实测结果表明,负载模拟器各项性能指标均达到设计要求,证明所述实时控制软件设计方法正确。

Abstract:A load simulator can be used for simulating the hinge torque on the rudder axle of the aircraft during the flight.It is one of the important simulation devices,and the real-time control software is one of the key factors affecting the performance of the load simulator.Constitution and working principle of the load simulator was briefly introduced.The Windows RTX method was used to realize high-precision clock requirement of the real-time control software;the system structure and control flow chart of the software were presented.The actual measurement results show that the various performances of the load simulator meet the design requirements.It is proven that the design method of the real-time control software is correct.
