| 摘 要： | 在发动机涡轮叶片寿命层面上提出了三参数的威布尔分布，确定其寿命的实际分布，为发动机涡轮叶片的可靠性定量评估提供了一种切实可行的方法．其可行性已被初步的实验证实。同时也为航空公司合理备件、节约备件库存量提供参考，对提高公司的运作效益有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Three parameters Weibull-Distributing made scientific researches on turbine blades was put forward and the concrete distributing of turbine blades life is confirmed. Meanwhile, a faithfully way with reliableness analysis of the aero-engine turbine blades is provided, the feasibility was demonstrated by some preliminary tests.
