| 摘 要： | 从理论课教学、实践技能的提高及笔者多年来的教学实践经验和高职高专人才培养的目的入手,论述了当今社会对技能型人才的需求及“双师”型人才培养的重要性,提出了年轻教师如何尽快成为“双师”型人才的具体要求和做法。
