| 摘 要： | 目前，我国电力工业还存在着部分地区、某些时段的用电紧张状况；存在着电能生产、输送和使用中能源浪费和效率偏低的现象。通过分析我国照明现状和探讨依靠科技进步，利用新技术、新材料、新工艺、支持鼓励节电技术和节能产品的开发、应用，这是取得节能效果的有效措施。
