| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等特殊教育事业的不断发展壮大，聋哑高职生的数量逐年增多，然而面对严峻的就业形势，聋哑高职生就业过程中的思想政治问题也日趋凸显。从国内聋哑高职生就业遇到的问题出发，对高校思想政治教育在聋哑高职生就业中存在的问题进行了系统分析，并提出聋哑高职生就业中思想政治教育的对策和建议。 |

| Abstract: | With continuous development and grow of China＇ s higher and special education, so the deaf- mute vocational college students increase year by year, so the deaf- mute vocational college students＇ ideological and political education issue in obtaining employment is gradually prominent while facing the tough job market. This article conducts system analysis of the existing problems of the colleges and universities education for deaf- mute students and then proposes the countermeasures and sug- gestions of the ideological and political education in obtaining employment. |
