航天产品深孔加工技术综述

摘    要:在航空航天制造业中,深孔加工技术是一项仍在发展的综合技术。深孔加工是处于封闭或半封闭状态下进行的,加工难度主要体现在精加工工序上。深孔加工分为内排屑和外排屑两大类,不同的工艺选用不同的排屑方式。本文作者对难切削材料、深孔精密加工,加工实时监测进行了介绍,探讨了该领域的研究动向。

Abstract:In the aerospace manufacturing, deep hole machining technology is a developing comprehensive technique. Deep hole ma- chining is conducted under the closed or semi-closed environment. The difficulty of process is mainly reflected in the finishing process. Deep hole machining is divided into inner and outer BTA. Different processes use different ways. This article introduces the hard cut-ting material, deep hole precision machining, processing real-time monitoring, and discusses the research development in this field.
