宽带低噪声运放OPA686及在粒子探测中的应用

摘    要:介绍了宽带低噪声集成运放OPA686的主要技术指标以及运用OPA686设计宽带高性能前置放大器时应注意的寄生效应、元器件的选择和布放方面的技术细节。给出了交流和直流放大器的电原理图。实验结果表明,OPA686集成运放是设计宽带高性能前置放大器的理想器件。

Abstract:The main specifications of wideband, low noise integrated operational amplifier OPA686 are introduced, as well as the technical details such as parasitical effect, selecting and placement of components, which should be taken into account in designing wideband, high performance preamplifiers. The schematic bandwidth circuit diagrams of a DC - amplifier and an AC - amplifier are provided. Experimental results show that OPA686 is an ideal device to design wideband preamplifiers.
