GAP/AN推进剂安全性能研究

摘    要:利用冲击感度和摩擦感度测试研究了聚叠氮缩水甘油醚/硝酸铵(GAP/AN)推进剂及其常用组分的安全性能,指出了影响GAP/AN推进剂冲击感度和摩擦感度的主要因素为硝酸酯(BTTN/NG),AP,HMX等添加剂。硝酸铵具有非常低的冲击感度和摩擦感度,是理想的低易损性推进剂的氧化剂。硝酸酯增塑的GAP/AN推进剂不仅具有较高的能量,而且安全性能显著优于GAP/AP,GAP/HMX,GAP/HNF推进剂。

Abstract:The safety property of GAP binder and oxidizers(AN,AP,HMX,RDX)and GAP/AN propellant was studied by testing of impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity.The tests indicat that nitrate ester(BTTN/NG),AP,HMX have worse effect on sensitivity of GAP/AN propellant. Ammonium nitrate is an ideal oxidizer of low vulnerable propellant with the lowest sensitivity.GAP/AN propellant plasticized with nitrate ester(BTTN/NG)not only has higher energy,but also is superior to other GAP propellants in safety property
