摘    要:预防性维修是恢复和保持飞机安全性和可靠性的主要措施,其优化一直以来都是飞机制造商和使用 方共同关注的问题。本文调研国际上主流的预防性维修任务优化方法及主要应用对象,并以适用于装备的 S4000PISMO 流程为基础,结合军用飞机的特点,对原流程进行调整和个性化设计,构建预防性维修任务优化 的逻辑流程。结果表明:该任务优化流程可用于军用飞机预防性维修任务的优化分析。

Abstract:Preventive maintenance is the main measure to restore and maintain the safety and reliability of the aircraft. Its optimization has always been a common concern of aircraft manufacturers and users. This paper researches the international mainstream preventive maintenance task optimization methods and their applicable objects. Based on the S4000P ISMO process which is suitable for equipment, and combined with the characteristics of military aircraft, the original process is personalized adjusted, and the logic process of preventive maintenance task optimization is constructed, which can be used for the optimization analysis of military aircraft preventive maintenance task.
