基于危害度航空发动机可靠性评估模型及应用

摘    要:针对航空发动机可靠性指标评估的需要,提出了基于危害度故障统计分析模型.该模型考虑各故障样本对发动机危害性的影响,将出现的故障按照对发动机安全、性能、任务及维修等指标的影响进行等级分类,从故障的失效机理出发建立相应的分布模型,采用分布计算和二次分布等算法进行整体可靠性指标评估.应用该模型对英产和国产的2种同类型航空发动机进行了故障统计分析,计算了2种发动机的可靠性指标,并进行了对比分析.最后以累积工作时间和日历工作时间进行了故障的时间变化分析,提出了故障样本的时效性.
