| 摘 要： | 作者指出了目前作为企业无形资产的信用缺失的原因 ,中国加入WTO后 ,提高我国社会信用水平的有利条件和提高民营企业信用管理水平的途径 ,并对如何构建有利于促进民营企业发展的社会信用管理体系进行了论述。
