高超声速表面摩擦应力油膜干涉测量技术研究

摘    要:针对高超声速摩阻测量的需求,将基于表面图像的摩擦应力油膜干涉测量技术( SISF)应用于Φ0.5m常规高超声速风洞.通过平板模型的风洞实验,进行了硬件设备平台研制、模型表面材料、油膜物性参数的影响特性以及干涉图像数据处理方法研究.结果表明,建立的SISF硬件设备和技术能够获得清晰的干涉条纹,平板模型表面摩擦应力测量结果与数值模拟结果一致,研制的SISF系统可以可靠地应用于高超声风洞模型表面摩擦应力测量.

Abstract:The requirement of skin friction measurement in hypersonic flow promotes the application of SISF in hypersonic wind tunnel.In this paper,skin friction measurements were carried out on flat plate in Φ0.5m hypersonic wind tunnel using SISF method.The research work includes development of hardware,surface material,the oil properties and the analysis process of interferometry image.A comparison with CFD results is also presented.The comparison result demonstrates the abilities of SISF system,and provides strong evidence supporting its further development in hypersonic wind tunnel.
