摘    要:利用标准叶型数据进行压气机建模,对建立的模型进行了验证,证明模型是有效的。基于等价雷诺数修正原理,通过仿真方法定量研究了压气机叶片由于积垢沉淀等因素引起粗糙度增大,从而导致其性能的衰退情况。仿真结果表明,当压气机叶片表面粗糙度增大时,压气机主要特性参数都不同程度的减小,使压气机总体性能下降。

Influence of Blade Roughness on Compressor Performance Deterioration

Abstract:The compressor modeling was performed by using standard airfoil data. The model found was demonstrated, and the results showed that the model was effective. Roughness growing resulted from compressor blade fouling causing performance deterioration was investigated quantitatively by simulation method. The simulation results show that the performance parameters are decreased in various degree and the compressor general performance is reduced when the roughness of the blade surface is increased.
