| Abstract: | In this paper, the basic principle MIE is introduced. The current condition of manufacturing enterprises in Henan province is discussed. The final aims and detailed plan of MIE in Henan province are discussed too. Some experiences on the establishment of technical service system in Henan Province are given. |
