苏豫两省城镇居民收入水平及决定因素

从宏观层面对江苏和河南两省城镇居民收入水平的现状进行了比较，并从微观层面对两省城镇居民收入决定因素进行了探究。分析表明，改革开放以来，虽然两省城镇居民收入水平都有大幅增长，但两省城镇居民可支配收入差距呈渐进扩大趋势，江苏城镇居民收入水平大约为河南的1．3-1．4倍，进入21世纪以来，这种收入差距似有缩小态势。基于微观层面的原因探究发现，体现人力资本的教育水平及工作经历，都显著地影响着两省的居民收入水平。而其他一些因素诸如性别、就业单位性质、职业类型等也都不同程度地对居民收入产生影响。

Income and its Determinants: Evidence from Urban Jiangsu and Henan Province

After analyzing the income distribution on urban individual from macro-level data between Jiangsu and Henan province,this paper examines the determinants of the income distribution on the same provinces using the micro data.We empirically find that the individual income experiences an obvious growth for the two provinces since the inception of the reforms and open-door policy.On the other hand,the disparity of the per capita disposable income between the two provinces is gradually growing,though with a converging trend since the beginning of this century.The empirical analysis from micro data indicates that both the educational level and experience have a positive impact on the urban individual income,and the other factors influencing the urban individual income include sex,policy capital,nature of employment,occupational category, and economic sector.
