摘    要:国际空间站是目前在轨运行的最大空间平台,具有系统体积庞大、构型复杂、接口众多、载荷种类不确定等特点。因此,系统级力学试验、热试验以及组件环境试验对空间站的设计和工艺验证非常重要。文章调研了国际空间站各舱段的系统级力学试验、热试验以及组件环境试验情况,以期为我国空间站的地面试验系统设计、研制提供参考。

Standards and methods for mechanical and thermal test of International Space Station

Abstract:The International Space Station is currently the largest space platform operating in orbit and features large system size, complex configuration, multiple interfaces, and uncertain loads. Therefore, it is very important to verify the effectiveness of its structural and thermal control design, the rationality of its manufacturing process, and the ability of it to withstand the vibration and noise environments. This paper reviews the system-level mechanical tests, the thermal tests, and the component-level environmental tests of various cabins of the International Space Station, to provide reference for the development of China’s manned space station.
