摘    要:传感器在航天器上螺接安装时需增加安装底座。针对聚酰亚胺等非金属材料安装底座可能存在降低冲击传感器安装谐振频率从而引起传感器灵敏度误差的问题设计铝合金材料安装底座,并分别进行冲击传感器不带安装底座、带聚酰亚胺安装底座和带铝合金安装底座3种情况下的灵敏度检定试验,以验证不同安装方式对冲击传感器灵敏度的影响。试验结果表明,安装底座由聚酰亚胺更改为铝合金材料后可有效提高传感器与安装底座组合体的固有频率,且引起的传感器灵敏度误差在±5%以内,远低于使用聚酰亚胺安装底座的情况,能够满足实际测量需求。

Abstract:In the in-orbit shock monitoring, the installation base made of nonmetallic materials such as polyimide may reduce the resonant frequency of the shock sensor installation, resulting in the linearity error of the sensor’s sensitivity. In view of that problem, the installation base made of aluminum alloy is designed, and the sensitive calibration tests of the shock sensor without the installation base and with the installation base made of polyimide/ aluminum alloy are carried out, respectively, to verify the extent of the influence of various installation ways on the sensitivity of the shock sensors. It is shown that the natural frequency increases significantly when the installation base is made of aluminum alloy. The error of the sensitivity of the shock sensor on the aluminum alloy base is as small as 5%, much lower than that on the polyimide base, and the former can successfully meets the requirement for the measurement error limit.
