摘    要:简要介绍了国外液体火箭及其发动机的低成本研制现状,重点论述我国液体火箭发动机低成本设计,尤其是发动机系统、发动机重要组件的结构简化及可靠性设计经验.发动机系统优化与简化设计方法确保了系统简单、零组件数量和组件品种减少,操作性方便.关键组件的预先研究和新型密封结构设计提高了发动机的可靠性.指出低成本设计是降低发射费用的重要措施之一;液体火箭发动机低成本研制应从系统设计着手,力求系统简单可靠;对于要求特殊和薄弱环节的结构运用创新和关键技术攻关得以实现.

Abstract:This paper described the status of launch vehicle and liquid rocket engine (LRE) low cost development technology worldwide. China's LRE low cost design technology was discussed in detail, including practical experience of the engine system low cost design, structure simplification and reliability design of the engine main components. The engine system optimization design method insured the system simplification, and reducing of elements and components. Preli-minary study of key components and new seals increased the reliability. It was pointed out that low cost design was one of the main method of reducing the launch cost and the liquid rocket engine low cost development should start from system design.
