摘    要:分析了不连续增强钛基复合材料的原位制备原理,在不改变设备的情况下通过加入碳化硼和石墨等反应剂在钛基体中生成了TiB和TiC等增强体,它们在钛基体上分布均匀,使得钛基复合材料的室温和高温力学性能都有较大的提高。

Abstract:The principle of in-situ formation of discontinuously reinforced titanium matrix composite has been analysed. The reinforcements of TiB and TiC have been synthesized in titanium matrix by addition of B_4C and graphite under same equipment as Ti alloy melting. The distribution of reinforcements in titanium matrix is uniform and the mechanical properties of these composites at room and high temperatures are improved tremendously.
