| 摘 要： | 冷镜式精密露点仪是湿度测量中准确度最高的仪器,也是许多国家湿度量值传递以及国际比对通常使用的传递标准.本文讨论了冷镜式露点仪测量不确定度的多种因素,其中有些不确定度分量目前还难以估算出具体数据.
