耐高温氟醚橡胶粘接工艺研究

摘    要:阐述了耐高温氟醚橡胶粘接的难点,分析了传统工艺的缺点。经过大量试验及细致分析,在工艺上进行了大胆摸索,通过工艺方案调整,使粘接强度有了大幅度提高,粘接分布均匀,效果良好,耐高温性能十分稳定,完全能满足使用要求,产品的稳定性和安全性得到保障。

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the difficult points of the sticking technology of high temperature resistance fluoro-aether rubber. Through a great deal of experiments and distinct analysis, many works have been done on technology. Thus the Sticking strength is greatly improved, the stability and reliability of the products can be warranted.
