基于ISIGHT/NASTRAN的机翼翼梁的结构优化设计

摘    要:在满足机翼强度要求的情况下,集成ISIGHT/NASTRAN对机翼翼梁进行结构优化设计。在结构优化中以结构质量为目标,腹板MISES应力、缘条轴向应力以及缘条最大最小BEAM单元应力为约束,重点考虑主传力元件翼梁的腹板厚度和对应缘条的截面尺寸。在给出机翼有限元模型加载时采用自编的PCL语言将气动力等效到附近节点上。优化后两梁的质量为8.207 kg,相比优化前两梁质量10.07 kg减少了18.5%,明显地减少了两梁的耗材,并且优化结果满足强度要求。

Abstract:Optimization is utilized for airfoil structure design through integrating ISIGHT and NASTRAN in the condition of strength request for airfoil.The web thickness and the section dimension of margin bar for the longitudinal wing bar are considered chiefly in the structure optimization design with the mass of structure taken as objective function and stress considered as constraint.The PCL language is used to translate the aerodynamic force to the node of airfoil FEM in the developing load module of airfoil FEM...
