摘    要:通过分析工艺系统动、静误差及工件安装误差,提出了一种铝合金薄壁零件冷热加工方案。该方案通过合理选用刀夹具、切削用量、冷却液及多次走刀、稳定化时效处理,有效地控制了铝合金薄壁零件的加工变形,质量稳定可靠。

Abstract:method of metal cutting and hot working of Al alloy thin-wall components is proposed by analyzing dynamic and static deviation of machining system and workpiece fix deviation. By reasonable choice of cutter, fixture, cutting parameter, coolant, multiple feeds and stabilization aging treatment, machining deformation of Al alloy thin-wall components can be effectively controlled. This method can achieve stable and reliable quality.
