| Abstract: | : This paper gives a brief introduction to the principle and construction of an expert system, analyses the process of designing an ES for civil aviation service and gives a synopsis of the service software system now being developed in Canada. At the end, it puts forward some technical problems to be solved which are crucial to the expert system and the future development in this domain. |
