微小卫星动力学环境试验技术及试验数据分析

摘    要:文章重点针对某微小卫星力学环境要求,对模拟环境试验进行了相关设计,并对整星正弦和随机振动试验的数据结果进行分析处理,同时在试验前后利用光学经纬仪对整星结构进行了精度测量.通过试验和测量结果验证了初样星整星结构的合理性,而且针对试验中所存在的问题给出了相关解决办法.该文对同类型微小卫星的力学试验验证工作有一定的工程参考价值.

Abstract:In order to ensure the success of the flight mission, it is necessary to check the ability of the satellite in conforming the mechanical environment. This paper presents the design of the mechanical environmental tests and analyses of the test results, according to the requirements of a certain micro-satellite on the mechanical environment. Meanwhile, the optical theodolite is used to measure the precision of the satellite structure before and after the tests. The results of the measurements and tests have not only validated the initial prototype structure, but also identified the problems and the solutions during the tests. This dynamic environmental tests provide a reliable basis for the formal prototype satellite structural optimization design.
