高燃速推进剂标准物质研究

摘    要:在高燃速推进剂成熟配方的基础上选择标准物质的候选物,确定了合理的试样尺寸和制作工艺,制备了燃速定值范围在35~60、70~90、100~120 mm/s的3种高燃速标准物质。其均匀性和稳定性经考核合格后,采用多次定值试验确定其特性量值与不确定度。结果表明,高燃速推进剂标准物质可满足不同燃速范围燃速仪检定的需要,可确保测试结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Based on the mature formulation of high burning rate propellant,the candidates of reference materials,rational size and preparation process of the sample were determined.Three kinds of high burning rate reference materials with burning rate constant range of 35~60 mm/s,70~90 mm/s and 100~120 mm/s were prepared.After uniformity and stability of the samples passed test examination,characteristic values and uncertainty of the reference materials were defined by multiple constant tests.The results show that the reference materials for high burning rate propellant can meet the calibration requirement of strand-burners with various range of burning rate and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
